My reading comprehension is horrible so the podcast have given me a channel to take in information that I otherwise would never have known.

I'd bet Michael's list is comprehensive, I couldn't read I have pdf issues on this.

I think Michael's offers an actual program that is more comprehensive and may actually be the better place to start.

V.G Jason this is a really tough one to bring up, as fundamental and very important it is, it seems it's a level of complexity in comprehension that the vast majority just automatically deny and argue against it.   

Looking for a baseline for quick initial rehab estimations understanding that I'll need to do a more comprehensive estimation the deeper we get into running numbers.
