@Nikki ClosserSadly lots of the bigger players in my area are converting their rental business to selling them the homes on a note for the same reasons in Virginia, the judges won’t throw people out for non payment of rent

Your in business.The Asset Manager I talked to was nice but I asked him dozens of questions about process, what he's thinking for numbers, other players and pushed him about Offer #'s to which they can't divuldge but ask him 'ball park figures' or 'is it close to ...?'
