Obviously people do it, but in the real estate industry, if you are renting out you have to be able to deal with people (renters) trying to take advantage of you and you need to have the balls to stand up for yourself and evict adults.

For example, an adult tenant who complained about an upper tenant walking loud, 3 years, off and on.

I want to do it as a rent with option to buy for my adult son and dau-in law.

It is not uncommon for unmarried adults to have romantic friends stay the night.

They have a huge family of 5 adults and 4 kids + 1 small dog.
