Satellite Beach said No, Indian Harbour said Yes with hoops to jump through, Indialantic said No, Melbourne Beach said they have a love-hate relationship with them.  

Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores if you want a property on the beach island, and unincorporated Seminole and Largo are a bit less pricey on the mainland.

There would also be neighborhoods that don’t really have an Hoa like Indian creek that don’t really have amenities.

We also purchased a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom brick ranch home on Indian Trail in an established neighborhood called Montclair.

Verify with your CPA and also check with your CPA if an International Airport or Indian reservation would be far enough out of California jurisdiction, my CPA never answered on the topic and I asked sort of whimsically so I do not hold it against them.Do your homework.I wish you the best!

I think only about 40% of our land is privately owned the other 60% is owned by the US government in trust for the Indian tribes, BLM, and a small bit of forest land.
