@Nathan Gesner I am not asking you or anyone else to give me any legal advice, I am looking for someone who had participated in a syndication and is willing to shadow me to confirm my understanding of the proposed deal.

However, in order to really start to put all of the pieces together, there is simply no substitute for hands on experience be it picking someone’s brain on the phone, over lunch or ideally shadowing someone while they perform common everyday tasks of note investors.

He went as far as allowing us to visit him from NC and we shadowed him for 3 full days. 

If you have amazing dirt but paid a crazy price to get it then if tenant ever goes dark the upside tends to be minimal but the risk is high.

Some folk go for dark (black) which can look striking but it screams "rental unit" in my book.
