So my preference is hand built links by adding value to other sites, or through HARO, with a strong citation profile, etc.

Sometimes, a delay is caused by outside sources, say inspection, or city citation, etc.

I was thinking of selling a list of citations from the city I've had some pretty good success with it!

The only thing you can hope for with a safety orientation is avoiding the OSHA citation that most likely will follow the injury on the job.
