But they have kids running around creating more noise than you'd think would be humanly possible.

I've let dumb stuff slip through the cracks and hit my credit report (sad but true that we're all human and make mistakes) so I wouldn't necessarily let that be the end all be all. 

He will do whatever is humanly possible to make sure this performs accordingly.

However, to characterize an entire city or neighborhood as just one side is a dramatic over simplification of the humanity that exists there- whether the characterization is good or bad.

@Axel Meierhoefer I've actually been holding off on that as long as humanly possible since I only get 5 shots on it and I'm still a penny pinching cheapskate (working on it though).

The human brain is always in 100% support of it's host, so if you say you can't ___, your brain cements that as a fact, and places into subconsciousness that it is a fact that you can not, which reinforces your beliefs, and it becomes a spiral of a self-fulfilling prophecy. 

Honestly I am so sick of the snotty attitudes of people when it comes to renting to felons, people make mistakes its called being human and unfortunately a lot of (aka) better people feel they dont deserve a second chance and make it almost impossible to find a place to live.  

Just simple human nature at work.
