@Mike A.Yes a multifamily, it was $2k to excavate, remove, replace with one inch copper, tie into street connection, move dirt back in and seed/hay.

You cannot enhance, upgrade or improve the property and expect to be able to recover those costs if it is redeemed.The issue comes from what meets the definition of secure, preserve and maintain. 

And we are inching towards herd immunity.

And do you have a process to enhance you getting more deals?

Now many are laid off, no pathway to return to an old job, running around trying to collect unemployment, the enhanced unemployment sometimes is more, sometimes Is less than what someone made...it’s a total mess.
