The deciding product here was the brain child of my good friend @Brandon Turner - the podcast.

We enjoy the outdoors, hiking, camping, offroading (and working on the Jeep as a result of the offroading) and we have our first child on the way.

I've made my kids a part of the business...they earn a couple of bucks as child labor and often go with me to me investors, property owners & renters.  

All of the business partners have experience in the field and Denver is in serious need of child care centers.

The first step is networking and improving my knowledge and skills to do more deals.I have a newborn son and I'm a senior level exec at my agency.

I came out of a divorce 3 years ago with lots of debt (owed my ex $35k as a personal loan so that she'd let me keep my 401k, had to borrow $50k from my 401k and $25k from my mom to buy a house to live in) and no cash along with $3000 per month in child support so I've just been struggling to float, have taken roomates into my house to stay afloat etc - it's a hardscrabble life but I'm determined to keep putting some money into my 401k and do some real estate investments.

My ultimate goal is to personally own 50 doors by 2020.My fiancée just have birth to my fourth child so I am keeping it simple this year.  

Most of my tenants have great jobs ( and are nice hardworking folks) but all have judgments, garnishments, child support or alimony and cannot get a loan.
