When a woman becomes the President of the United States, it will be HUGE news.Women can do ANYTHING a man can do, but societal morals and mores have prevented woman from some fields. 

If it's a legal issue then I'm all ears but it often comes across as a moral objection and it's over a technicality.

we get that all the time. they think that you "will like them so much" and would just lower it to get "good moral character" tenant in there.

Without any consideration of legality, ethics, or morality, you may want to review your approach.

It's a character trait and mindset of the shady with property IMO.Corporate slumlords are the worst and not on here sharing  They are also the biggest reason anti landlord laws get passed and tenant-minded protests erupt.

While I understand the use of the same paint and color on rentals, I see greater benefit in allowing quality and character of each individual property to dictate color choice.

To become a millionaire there are many ways that won't build you up as a person and/ or show a lack of character.
