Is there a better division to work in where people are happier?

@Bill Gulley It fascinates me that anyone would bring their own personal family's personal estate matter to a public forum with so many unvetted opinions on such a state specific and unique fact pattern scenario.

My situation is somewhat unique so I'd love any insight, advice, tips, recommendations, etc. 

This election was unique, and it was a handful of "celebrities" who threatened to move out of the country if Trump won!

Yes, so don't do that, you offered to rent it, they qualified and want to accept your offer, you can't withdraw the offer made, it is being accepted and there is no such thing as equal between applicants, someone applied first, one has a better job or longer work history, or longer credit history or longer rental history or may be one's car leaks oil on the driveway, there is always something different because they are unique.

Maybe look into a project engineer position with a large general contractor in the special projects (smaller sized projects) division.

As far as the umbrella goes - find an independent agent and they will be able to access what's called an insurance wholesaler and possibly find a company that provides coverage for your unique situation.
