The problem with spreadsheets is that they will ALWAYS follow your instructions.

The classes are updated as laws and practices change and the list of classes is expanded as new instructors become available.

This is the path of gurus.As to providing information, I have worked through owners of two different state approved schools, had past conversations with a District Commissioner of our State Commission, discussions with several well respected real estate attorneys, University administrators and college level instructors (which I've also done) in the development of my courses.

So I tried youtube watched a lot of different instructors, going to the range and golf 4x a week to put in work.  

Whoever it is that you use for your eyes on the prize should be instructed as to what noticeable issues you are willing to accept and what would be unacceptable, so that you don’t get into the cost of inspections on stuff you are going to walk away from.
