Hi @Jeremy Hazelwood,Mostly all the 'credit repair' services do is dispute everything, hoping some of the creditors lost the old paperwork and can't prove that you ever owed them money to begin with.

If we are way off on our numbers, then I need to know now, and invite them to dispute my assumptions.

Another factor is that some states you need to first attempt to settle your dispute out of court. 

I use Cozy, and while I understand there's the possibility of fraud with disputing credit cards, thats' one reason I thoroughly screen my tenants.
