Most people on Section 8 are good people, but there are always a few bad apples, so just do a really thorough job at screening.

I shouldn’t have to get legalistic in disclaiming everything as “in an apples to apples scenario”.

I think with anything you have a certain amount of bad apples that make the rest of us landlords look bad.

If I could, I'd spend all day at the barn riding, but that's not yet feasible for me.

I buy what I like or know, products I trust or use for example (Amazon, Starbucks, Apple).

Apple can't make money and will ditch the product.
