We’re four hours away without a truck of our own

(Plus....if you're dealing with one of those contractors and he says he needs 50 sheets of drywall, 20 sheets of Hardie backer, 40 boxes of mud, 20 bags of floor leveler, and 30 bags of thinset, then once you've paid for those items, how do you really know how much of that got used on your job and how much went into his truck for a weekend gig?)

The truck needs to get paid off asap.

Wrap a chain around the axle and pull it to the street with a truck, then report to police department.

Also there have been delays in materials with ports and shipping issues along with getting trucks in.

Modular - a semi truck shows up at your home with more or less a finished unit. 

@Nathan Rude at one point, I took out a "refinance" auto loan against a paid off truck I used in my service business.

My advise would be to stay away from the big name companies with real pretty trucks and four page fancy letterhead proposals.
