It is fine that you posted my comment from 2 years back, but my experience has been that sometime after I posted that comment, everything went downhill - uncollectable rents, tenant evictions, unable to find good tenants, dirty property that badly needs a cleanup etc.

So my savings is pretty much depleted at this point. 

If you do have all of these things in order, you should have to problem getting 5-7 (trade-lines/Credit Cards).Also, you will need to clean up your inquiries after the funding.
