They are headquartered in Calgary and if I recall they expanded to other markets later on I don't think it's a good way to compare those markets, however looking at CMHC vacancy rate as of Ocotber 2021 (last published data) Calgary is at 5.1% and Vancouver 1.2%. 5% Vacancy is really quite good, as Stevo pointed out if you price your property well it won't be an issue.
