Boomers age in place, the Silent generation lives longer and the rest feels tied to their 2.75% mortgage and will not move unless rates get back down at least closer to 5%. 

And you can't get away from the demographics: old people (the silent generation) live much longer and they are not selling.

Looked at 25 acres.  20 acres Teak and 5 acres a cleared hill.  

For example, 1813 7th St W in Bradenton sold around 169k and was renting for about 1,650 a month, 7907 Yucca Dr in New Port Richey went for 190k as a turnkey rental, 42 Roosevelt Blvd in Beverly Hills sold at 235k and was bringing in about 3,200 a month, and 2210 20th Ave S in St Petersburg went for around 150k with an ARV close to 250k.

the house is on a hill so it is considered the lower level from one side of the house and the first floor on another).

Major companies run distribution hubs here, and many residents also commute down the hill for work.
