I'm thinking about possibly MTR's.... particularly looking to explore rentals for airline flight crew/crash pad?

Once data center employees began arriving, the numbers split: inventory here tightened while DFW’s kept climbing.

I've seen several crashes and that area (SW FL) seems very prone to big drops.

From 1/1/24-2/28/24 I placed tenants in individual rooms for the 6 months and crashed with a friend for a month while I quit my job and started travelling.

But honestly I don't care how many courses you take you must have a local team or you will crash and burn.

That’s what I want to build now so that when the funds arrive, I can actually put them to good use. 

People arriving at BP since say 2015 should (if they’re available) read thru some of the 2009 - 2012 posts.  

Don't take a real estate or lending course from anyone that hasn't been through a real estate crash or says "I was Uber driving last week, then I discovered the secret of performing emergency tracheotomies with ball point pens...and for $10K in 3 hours at the Holidome in Memphis, you can learn too!"

Market must be crashing in Seattle with just under 8,000 listings for a 4 million population, or Kansas City with just under 7,000 listings against a population of 2.4 million. 

It would likely continue the small pullback we have been having but I doubt it would crash the economy.
