Search is horrendous. cant send PM's or if I want to message someone already in my contacts it wont go either.. its like they black balled me..

Im located in Phoneix,Az, what is the best method to find homes that are in foreclosure or about to be repossessed, how do you go about contacting the stressed owners .

I want to do my first flip but need to wholesaler contacts. 

The man I'm dealing with has a history of frivolous litigation and dishonesty (which is why I haven't contacted him yet).

Do they have a website with people and contact info?

The number one thing they teach to "Get a deal" is going to Zillow, contact agents and make 100's of blind offers.
