I know the normal pros and cons of mixing assets in an LLC and If all else equal, it would be a no brainer to create a new one.

Find a mentor and love what you do trying to find a Good Deal.A good deal is find a property that the Rent + Insurance + Taxes equals 1% of the purchase price.

Example :  30 minutes divided by 1 7/8 inches equals MPI of 16.  

Example: If each unit takes 2.5 hrs per week to clean X 8 units= 20 hours, plus lawn cutting and landscaping takes 4 hours equalling 24 hrs.
