If so, I hope you didn’t make the mistake made by many less than experienced investors and compare the value of a property that you’re purchasing “as is” with no ability to have a professional inspection performed or even see the interior with SFR on MLS that have been repaired, updated, inspected, and maintained.  

Groups that move quickly on large land plays usually include experienced land developers, family offices, private equity real estate shops, or institutional-leaning partners who already have dry powder and a track record with entitlement risk.

Sometimes just bringing in a local agent or experienced investor to help you run comps, confirm ARV, and tighten up repair estimates can make help big time.If you’re set on finding someone local, look for an investory friendly agent who has experienced in flipping.
