I'm all about the hands-on approach, showing them how to spot those golden investment opportunities and even inviting them to join me in live deals.

I, and I'm sure others, would be happy to provide nuggets of wisdom we've garnered over the years. 

The wanna be investors that aren’t ready yet - who need more focus, direction, education, experience - come on these forums and one day are interested in tax liens, the next day they’re  all set to “wholesale”, the next week they believe investing in notes is the golden ticket.  

Outside of real estate I’m a musician & songwriter, hiking in the hill country with my goofy golden retriever and getting competitive over silly games with friends. 

Treat what you see and hear on national news outlets as golden nuggets, then execute knowing real estate is hyper-local, so know the market.

Because at the time I was wearing golden handcuffs.

Went to school 20 miles from the Canadian boarder where it was regularly -20 degrees in the winter, and we'd still rather be .2 miles from the bars & well over a mile walk/ drive from the actual school.I do see a lot of first time investors thinking that student housing is going to be their passive golden ticket, but quickly realize how much work it really is.

I will have specific questions about portfolio designs such as golden butterfly and the permanent portfolio and how they complement real estate.
