There are long lists of buyers who want the cheap houses that are not touched up?

The ‘management company’ trick only works in very narrow jurisdictions.In some areas, operating as a boarding house / rooming house with a proper license creates different rules around occupancy and removal, but you need zoning approval, inspections, fire upgrades, etc.

See above point as to why the police won’t catch whoever took the equipment.If you’re looking to protect expensive equipment like AC units, then you likely have power at the house.

We must address the real problem….If you need more houses, build more houses!
