We've been using a rental manager for one property and we're about to purchase a second.

My wife will be managing our investments with the idea of gaining REP status. 

They are trying to compare buying an actively managed business to investing in real estate, but those two things operate very differently.

- Time Capital Bookkeeping (REI since 2019) I think the biggest things are calendar/booking management, robust guest messaging during their stay (ie. automatic emails), integrations with platforms like ABB, FF, VRBO and event Zillow when leads come in to manage responses.
