It's never too late to rediscover your dreams and works toward them.

I did read Kim Meredith Hampton bio actually in the list on Bigger Pockets when I rediscovered how to locate the list.

I guess i always had some kind of RE bug and am now rediscovering that. 

@chris Jensen, It is not that life becomes more hectect after you retire , it is that you rediscover freedom and living life being more stress free, I mean if you are lucky enough to be able to live life not absolutely needing the income that a job provided you week in and week out.

I’m on a similar path I just fell in love with real estate over the last couple of months after falling OUT of love with my religion and in my quest to re discover myself ended up reading Rich Dad .....thinking it would be about budgeting. i’m currently an electrician (no pun intended) but just got my real estate license in WI because along with my spiritual RE discovery came the revelation that i ALSO hate my job.

Like many other rustbelt cities, Akron is trying to rediscover and re-brand itself.
