Discord is a chat service that is essentially invite only and allows for both text chatting via customizable channels plus impromptu and scheduled voice/video/screenshare calls.

Just points out how ludicrous it is when people with no experience, knowledge and capital believe that by watching upteen hours of puff videos or paying $20k - $50k for telephone access to a failed salesman reading from a script will enable them to uncover properties selling for a fraction of their value and obviously overlooked by the real estate professionals and full time investors active every day.   

Read books, watch videos, attend local meetups, comment in the forums, and ultimately...take action!

I watch videos all the time so I have some ideas but I was hoping this forum can give me even more information that can help me make an even more confident decision.So where should I start?

Look at options that pair coaching with community and live deal rooms, not just course videos; insist on a second-source network for lenders, agents, and PMs so you’re not captive.

We are constantly posting photos of closings, video testimonials of sellers, videos of the houses we close on etc and this builds trust and attracts more and more deals to us. 

I'm 24 years old since I was 16 I've always wanted to become a real estate investor but I have not yet started due to I just don't know where and how to start not just that I feel like I lack some knowledge            My 'Why':After years of working in the restaurant industry I realized that I need a path where the room of growth is limitlessso I started googling & watching videos about investing   I got inspired and became obsessed with the idea of building massive growth through real estate investing                  But I have been feeling stuck due to I don't know how should I go by when it comes to take my first baby step  I strongly believe that I need guidance in this path   So looking for a mentor to guide me through this journey that I've always wanted to get into  I have not succeeded to find one or at least that's what I think    I'm open for constructive criticism.
