The heating and cooling seems to cause the vinyl to expand and contract (especially under rugs and piles of laundry where the floor is insulated from room air) It was especially bad with the adhesive edged LVP we got from HD.

And if I feel the flooring is in good condition, even if not new, when I’ve had applicants that didn’t like flooring color (usually use a darker taupe), I tell them that’s what area rugs are for.

Also, what size the floors are and what size the windows and doors are.I plan to have this information online as well, so if Suzy renter wants an area rug or curtains, she can see the size while she's in the store.Seems useful for ANY house IMO.
