Do you think that paying for coaching is worth the money?

Some pockets might look good on paper but have tougher tenant-landlord dynamics or limited resale upside.

In my opinion It's worth the $1K to attend the weekend, then you decide if you want to drop another $30k for the inner circle. 

Love your drive, BRRRR is a powerful strategy, and Fort Worth is a great market to get started in!

I'm thinking the same way for appreciation and resale and not a priority for cash flow.

That being said, I'm just not sure if this will be worth it moving forward.
