You see, I currently wash dishes for a local restaurant chain during the day, bring in barely 1k per month in income (after taxes), a little over half of which goes toward living expenses, and use a bicycle and the local transit system to commute around town since I don't own a car.

I'm currently paying down some old mortgages in the 6 & 7% range, but only because my acquisition cash is earning zilch while I wait for an opportunity.I probably wouldn't bother accelerating a tasty newer mortgage in the 3s.

Am I responsible for covering the cost of extermination if the bottle flies are caused by sanitation issues, and I have observed tenants dirty dishes lying in sinks, empty bottles lying around apartments, and trash put out on the back porch?
