Don't know what will do, I feel like we have two problem: 1) the project is not finished yet, it's a little un-settleing 2) there's not much inventory out there for a house we'd have to live in and fix up at the same time.

I asked for documentation and he said they don’t do that.Very unsettled as i get text after text of her stating that She demands her security deposit back and how all the roof leaks and rodent problems which a small mouse in a 100 year old house which is immaculate.
