They are administrators!  

After spending a few months in late 2016 working the two relatively minor projects I mentioned earlier and building administratively-oriented systems, such as entity compliance and structuring, email/network system setup, information management, business banking, pooling private funding, property analysis and targeting, and running the numbers, 2017 was a year of continued systems building while executing a number of projects (3 flips, to be exact, through Aug/Sep and all in northern VA).   

Though you may charge an administration fee, I want to work on the foundation first.

I wonder how other with multiple SFR handle the administration and if there are any good tools that make this easier.In a second step I am also planning to put the properties in LLC's and have already identified a law firm to help with that - it still leaves the question of the bank accounts.Naturally, I also love to learn about any other tips to manage better/more efficient. 

They are the worst administration I have ever had to deal with, and everything is paper !!

@Daniel GreenYou can provide basic administrative functions (hire contractors, place ads for rent, screen tenants, etc.) 

Smart landlords are not taking security deposits anymore because of the difficulty of administrating them, and the liability associated. 

The Condo Administrator is always a thief who does not live in the Condo and usually not even in the State.
