Not only that, but taking a job for less than you earned before makes some people feel like they are "worth" less.I'm not sure what to think about Bush's unemployment reform.

If you look at all the combined entitlement programs (Social security, medicare, welfare, housing, etc) they are the biggest culprit - 56% of the budget (interestingly, defence is only 23%) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_federal_budget ...And that before the insurance reform that was just passed.

I would advise sell one property that can yield you like 40-50k profit and every month have like 2500-3000 go into your joint account (and yes pay the truck)-as far as taxes go its a great time to be in real estate and based upon the new tax reform there are some great deductions out there -I wont get into the proposed regulations on the new Section 199A as that has been discussed elsewhere and as an accountant that specializes in Real Estate the matter is still a gray area (there are still great deductions aside from 199A)-good luck and if you want to reach out see my profile

Only one bill came out of the House in all those years on F/F reforms, it was HR1461, Dubya opposed it and it was the same bill McSame "signed onto" 10 months after it died in the Senate!
