Even without the investment mentality, I was able to make pretty good money on all the transactions, including my last sale where we didn't use a realtor.  

Also, I believe that many people were in my position and did not make a very high W2 earned income and from what people have told me here, by message, text, and on the phone that I have been an inspiration to change the way they look at things, so the things they look at may change right before their eyes.I don't offer something for nothing, instantaneuos gratification, or diseased mentality.  

It is understood that a person who has avoided "consumer" debt for much of their life could have a hard time making the mental shift to take on debt as a tool.

You will mentally just have to swallow the bitter pill of giving up cashflow that you worked hard to obtain.  

Market here seems mental, people who shouldn't be in real estate rushing head first into it.
