What if they are making noise late at night and I'm trying to get the baby to sleep?

I am confident in my numbers and my ability to grind to keep my business alive if things get tough.

as for dogs I ask to meet the dog but only allow them in SF due to noise. 

Stay grinding and always watch out for the hook.  

I was hearing all the noise about being an investor without any money! 

I tried to grind them a little, they wouldn't hear of it, but the house had many offfers of close to 212k.  

Anyone that is so fed up of the 9 to 5 grind . anyone that simply sees and understands that failure is not an option and that can grow from the person they are into the person they need to be to make it.Period.

Some individuals want to work from 6am-7pm grinding all day and night.....to me that’s not life.

I grind hard to find off market deals as the turn keys on MLS bring too much money in my neighborhood!
