I seriously doubt you have any recourse that will allow you to purchase this particular property, but if the listing agent revealed to your agent that she didn't submit the offer, you should certainly file a complaint.I assume if the listing agent volunteered the information about not submitting your offer, she had an excuse to go with it (seems unlikely she'd admit to not submitting without having an excuse)...do you know what that excuse was?

She basically said , " no pay , no stay , no excuses ....period" Learned a lot in the hour or so .     

Rid myself of excuses and distractions so I can finally move forward!

There's no excuse for it.
