That will be something your daughters can actually enjoy instead of a run down meth lab by the time they inherit it.

I have a full time job (55-60 hours per week), 2 daughters under 2 years old and a personal life so i started looking heavily into turnkey for my first investment.I understand that TK isn't the fastest way to create wealth or equity.

It's such a huge help to know we will have these properties for our future and our daughter's future :) Thanks for sharing your story too.

@Ozzy SirimsiJust a bit of a background, I currently own a 3/3.5/2 town home that I plan on renting out within the next 2 years as my wife and I plan on moving to a better school district for our daughter. 

My daughter had a downstairs unit once and an elderly lady moved upstairs. 

Rent will be $1200.Applicant 1:  28 year old male, works as foreman at sandblasting company, earns $6000/mo, doesn't have much credit, credit score is 530-ish.  23 year old female, stay at home mom to their 2 year old daughter, female will start nursing school soon, she says, she has no credit history. 

We are familiar with it as 2 daughters went to school there.

I have lived in Toledo, or 5 miles from it since 1994. 3 of my 4 adult daughters now live in Toledo in 43606.

My daughter lives in Dallas.

And of course being a cash buyer you wont have any problems getting a home I just did another one my daughter is a great agent there no multiple bid situation she found one put it together and we closed.
