Even though they had a week to prepare, the home was a disaster.They had a washer/dryer (more on this later) but were apparently just throwing dirty clothes in the corner instead of washing them.

Instead, I found the rotted remains of an old galvanized wash tub (the surviving bottom ring barely visible in the pic here).

For my washing machines I pour a gallon of RV antifreeze in the drum.
