In terms of improvements on the property, I had a wrought iron gate/fence installed, security cameras, and glass shower doors.

@Adam PetrieIf they are 2 single family dwellings on the same lot you likely need to seperate the lot with having both houses fronting on a public street.

This is important because realtors keep their job security by forbidding access to the MLS.
