7:45 am went over to one of the properties that I'm currently rehabbing to see what work they did after I left yesterday. 7:45-3pm Laid around the house, watched a couple videos ( Got to catch up on my shows) 3pm- Went to the bank and then met HVAC guy at the house for him to make sure all systems working and pay him. 3pm-4pm talked to an investor friend of mine about various topics. 5:30pm- Went back to the house to meet Granite guy. 7:00 pm - Talked to my contractor about what we are gonna get done tomorrow.
