I found Bigger Pockets and knew I had to up my game. 

As you grow your portfolio, this may handicap your investing potential. 

For example, if you have like 10 properties, and you need to record all your operating expenses, nets, location of properties, all sorts of things, is that what investors refer to when they say, organizing my portfolio and such?

Definitely want to play the long game, I just really like the idea of getting started using this method as I don’t have a large amount of cash on hand 

I'm curious about the vehement opposition to PMs listing - sure, I'd RATHER not have all that competition, but certainly many of us are scaling our portfolios to have many doors, so it becomes semantics after a certain point, IMO.  

@Upen Patel I have a portfolio loan that is collateral on 18 properties. 

I'm from Victoria but am house hacking (and building a portfolio) in Indianapolis.  

I have been looking into "business credit" as a way of financing my investment portfolio.

Have any of you that have been in the game started by Funding JV deals?
