So far we're 2 deals down, 13 doors - only by the grace of God. 

This will be considered an “act of God” type event and the neighbor is off the hook.  

wont judge anyone, but frankly sometimes all we need is a little faith and some  action and God can multiply our efforts.

Thanks God i didn’t have as many issues as yours when i bought a property from NW six months ago.

With a dozen doors and a management company I would be god damned if I was going to pay some douche bag $4,400 dollars to plug some numbers into a schedule E.

Have an employer lined up before you graduate and PLEASE GOD get work experience in that area by working in it part time before you graduate.

Thank god for the naysayers, if they were all fully on board with real estate returns would be much less.That said, the negative forces are real and best avoided in my opinion.
