Based on colors and such, I’ve found quartz to be pretty similarly priced to granite (in the cheaper price categories at least).

Some HOA's can have  TON of control of how you run it as a rental...... some limit the number of units in their building that can be rentals....have a say in who your tenant is...... forbid ArBNB..... dictate colors etc etc etc.....They don't tend to appreciate as much as a SFR and you give up some control and cash flow..... so it has to be the "right" condo to make it work.

Well i buy distressed properties for very low prices and then fix them up i have 5 all on the same block 3 are rented 2 im still fixing up. and my neighbor would like to sell there house for 30k so im trying to figure out a way to buy the house

They  still close to action, but that one block in it has all home owners, they take care of their homes, and they pay attention what it going on, and their neighbors etc...How would you know?
