Right now there is so much opportunity, don't handicap your buying power 

Some in the U.S. are handicapped, & invisible to see, & why they fail, all too often in life.

I had to make  her house handicap accessible with the bathrooms and Doors.

I use to move a lot and the only thing I had was my handicapped mother.

When they go MTM or sign new lease I would not give option,I use Erentpayment only, I may give other option to the digitally handicapped.

The management company has been handicapped by supply chain and travel disruptions, which primarily prevented European students from fulfilling their summer lifeguard and hospitality jobs, but vacation demand has been on pace to meet or exceed prior year levels (per the management company). 

Unless you know which property/ies you'll be buying then I wouldn't want to handicap my searching by only working with one agent.

I'm still young and don't have kids, I can't think of any reason to buy a large home with no potential investment possibility, it would financially handicap my future and lifestyle of eating out and travel.
