Life is about balance I think is your point.. what's the use of doing well in real estate if we can reward ourselves in some manner.. if your reward is stacking up rental houses and dealing with tenants then god bless you.. that's just not my idea of reward that's work to me and having to deal with others life dramas..

i asked them what they were doing and they said theyre making sure they can comfortably live there lol (mind you its a 2000 sf property with 4 beds, 2 baths, full basement). they called back in a week to see if they could come tape off areas to see where their furnitures going to go...thank god the place was already rented by then.
