Don't forget to go by tile, paint, lumber stores - and introduce yourself to those people. 

He's got an incredible network of subs, suppliers, and real estate contacts.

@John Pruner what I have done is to visit a couple of the tile stores and they have business cards of folks that do tile and related work.
