Looking back at the 2008 recession, as Canadians buying properties in markets like Dallas or Pheonix in the 2009/2010 timeframe with a near parity dollar, would have been spectacular.

Areas close to coastlines, universities, rivers, major highways, large employers, hospitals, airports etc are likely to keep growing.
