Ill post some updates as I progress with it. 

It appears to me that it is misrepresenting tenant-landlord relations as an antagonist zero-sum game, which it is not, and that the result of the bill will to harm low-income tenants and make landlords pivot towards the provision of higher-cost housingWhat the bill terms as the “new” tenant rights start with an enumeration of anti-discrimination laws enshrined in the Civil Rights Act of 1866 to then “progresses” to protect the prospect’s source of income and eviction record.

We are a bit unique in that we have spent the last decade operating some of the largest REITs in the country (Waypoint/Invitation Homes, Progress Residential, American Homes 4 Rent, etc.) and take more of an asset management approach with our investors. 

I love looking back at the notes on deals like this and see how things progressed. 

What is the path of progress for Austin?

We did lose some time with having to stop for interviews and progress updates.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

@Thomas Pae in addition to the hospitals (all of which are world class) major employers in the Cleveland area include GM & Ford (both of whom have recently announced major investments in their CLE area plants), US Gov (NASA Glenn Research Center is here), KeyCorp, Progressive Insurance, Sherwin Williams, Swagelok, State of Ohio and higher education (CSU, Case Western Reserve, Baldwin Wallace).
