Hi All, just curious if anyone is willing to share any success or failure (or in progress) projects on converting a building, such as a hotel, to a student housing facility. 

As Greg alluded to, the design and pricing progress hand in hand when considering a development.

It's a nice progressive county over all.

Have progressively traded up from my first condo to a SF (crack house reno) home in New Westminster, and now in our second renovated home, my husband and I currently own 2 rental condos in the lower mainland as well as our  home. 

I lived in a regentryfing neighborhood with a bunch of woke and progressive neighbors.

This is new to me and i will learn a lot as i progress. i am open to any input and very appreciative to anyone who offers anu guidance. 

But more often than not, we do it because motion allows us to feel like we're making progress without running the risk of failure.

Any sort of house hack you can do to save up money in the meantime to invest later is good progress though.

Looks like your deals are getting better as you progress.
