You have two local meetups - Denver's is tonight at 6:00 at The Bicycle Cafe and Erie's is 4/20 at The Old Mine on Briggs St.

Some parts of Region 15 and la veleta are now really nice you have really lovely cafes and restaurants, and in some parts of R15 there is still a lack of infrastructure, the private sector is going faster than the public infrastructure.

Lots of Hipster types, and new cafes and restaurants.

When I’m at school, instead of buying my $4 Cafe con Leche which I very much enjoy, I buy a $1.30 Colada (South Floridians know what I’m talking about) to get me going through the day.

And by the way this is 11 studios in a B- neighborhood, within 0.5 miles you have cafes, nice bars and restaurants; within 1.5 miles you have Starbucks, Trader Joe's, etc. so the location is great, hence why we might accept a lower return... or I'm just making excuses because I still like it and we're trying to figure out a way to make it work!

The city will also probably become more affordable to lots of creative types - and it is the best time to open a restaurant, bar or café in 20 years!
