I having been practicing medicine for about 20 years.  

We are from NYC (downtown Manhattan) however, we are not looking in our area for investments (for obvious reasons :))We wanted some advice:1- First off, I wanted people's opinions on the best niches for us:We are a couple, my husband is a doctor,and I own a food business (start up)We want to get into real estate to help fund my business and to get him out of medicine!

To put a cherry on top most recently there are people still bragging that they bought in at 10 percent mortgages…..I’m prepared to take my medicine.

The two designations are very similar in most cases.Attorney - licensed by his state to practice law, just like doctors are licensed to practice medicine.

My wife and I both work in medicine and we make a good living.

Pending the analytics qualify obviously, retail medicine is a great option for someone looking to lease the space after the buyout or through a sublease.

I met with another doctor who is retiring and told hm what I am doing and my plan and told him I need investors and he told me I should focus on my career in medicine and forget the real estate thing.
